i. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT:
The position requires a high-flying, results-driven Management Expert/Economist with cutting edge competencies in management and administration. The prospective candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to provide leadership role for the Department as well as nurture it to an enviable height, among others. The successful candidate would report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
ii. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer the Centre on a day to day basis
- Manage the human resources as well as the training programmes of the Centre
- Organise conferences, seminars, onsite and online training programmes
- Act as liaison between CASEM and other agencies, both local and international
- Publish and disseminate the research outputs of the centre
iii. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- A Masters Degree in Management/Economics with proven ability for team work
- A first degree in Management/Economics with 10 years cognate experience in administrative matters.
